Fluent Living was co-created in partnership with Cape Town-based property developers to pioneer a new model of flexible, design-led accommodation for the modern traveller. The platform integrates short-term rentals, extended stays, and corporate housing under one operating system—combining hospitality-level service with residential convenience.

Fluent’s approach to brand, digital infrastructure, and revenue optimisation informed Komorebi’s understanding of platform design, yield management, and the evolving intersection of real estate, travel, and lifestyle.

Ker & Downey® Africa

Recruited to head up and launch the online division of Ker & Downey Africa, I helped transform a heritage safari operator into one of the continent’s most innovative luxury travel platforms. The initiative combined brand storytelling, digital product design, and operational integration—enabling global reach while preserving the authenticity of the safari experience.

This experience deepened Komorebi’s understanding of how legacy industries evolve through technology, culture, and brand strategy—core principles that continue to inform our venture creation approach today.
